Make A Gift

Gifts
to Cope Environmental Center support efforts to
improve the local environment, enhance environmental
education opportunities for the local community, and
promote responsible resource use throughout our
region! Every gift makes environmental education
more affordable, more accessible, and more effective
for participants. We charge our students and
community a fraction of the actual cost of
programming, so that we can continue to provide high
quality, relevant programs for an affordable price.
From the public schools of Connersville to the
Mayor's office of Richmond, your contributions make
the environment a priority in our communities!

Planned Giving:
We are so
thankful for everyone who has supported
the work of CEC through planned gifts!
If you would like to support the legacy
of our founders and the programs that
help our community, please consider
naming CEC in your estate plans.
Sample language: "I hereby give, devise, and bequeath to
the Parks Foundation Inc./Cope
Environmental Center, a nonprofit
corporation with principal offices in
Centerville, Indiana, the sum of _______
dollars ($ ) as an unrestricted gift to be used in
the area of greatest need at the time
the gift is received."
We welcome the opportunity to talk with
you about other ways to include CEC in
your estate plans. Please call Alison
Zajdel, Development Director, at
765-855-3188 if you are interested! If
you have already named CEC in your
plans, please let us know so that we may
thank you and confirm your gift
designation wishes!

Our E-Partner:
Network for
Good is a not-for-profit organization
and Web site dedicated to providing real
opportunities for you to donate,
volunteer and get involved with issues
that matter to you. Our two-fold mission
is to stimulate philanthropy,
volunteerism, and involvement among
Internet users, and to help nonprofit
organizations strengthen their
relationships with supporters.
Network for
Good was founded by a consortium of
leaders from the Internet and nonprofit
sectors; it seeks to increase consumers'
engagement by making it easier to get
involved in their communities, by
donating, volunteering, and getting
involved with issues they care about. At
the same time, Network for Good helps
other nonprofits to enhance their
effectiveness through increased reach,
educational content, and tools.

Thank you...
Gifts to the Center
do more than "keep the lights on." The
contributions we receive everyday help children
experience the outdoors in a meaningful, lasting way.
Your gifts allow CEC to keep our program fees low and
affordable and make it possible to offer scholarships
for transportation, new teachers, and those who need
extra help. Your gifts also bring sustainability
to the community through cooperative projects with
businesses, organizations, and government entities.
Each day, you help share tips and education with
homeowners in an effort to make their homes and
businesses more efficient. Thank you for all
you do.
