The Richmond-Wayne County, Indiana Environmental Awareness Commission is comprised of city employees and officials, business owners, educators, community leaders, and other local citizens. The group meets regularly to discuss and plan issues and initiatives related to the quality of life in Richmond, particularly with regard to impact on the environment..
