You may also fill out our online registration form here.
[The details] Camps are designed for the grade your child will be entering in the fall. 4th-6th graders are able to volunteer as “Jr. Rangers” free of charge for any of the Pre-K/K or 1st-3rd programs in the mornings. Lunch will be from noon-1pm. Be sure to inquire about our scholarship program!
Please make sure you send extra clothes (shirt, shorts, undies, socks, etc.), a towel, a refillable water bottle, and water shoes on the first day. Campers can leave their things in their cubbies for the entire week, as needed. We will send home any wet clothes or shoes.
Camp happens rain or shine–please be prepared for the weather!

[Jr. Ranger Program] CEC’s Jr. Ranger program allows students to assist with our summer adventure programs. We prefer that your child is going in to 4th grade or older. This year there will be an application for each student to fill out and we will need know the camps/date that they are wanting to help with by the Jr. Ranger training. The training is on Friday, June 1, 2018 at CEC from 10am-12pm. We will provide lunch!
3 hour morning programs: $70 for members and $80 for non-members
6 hour programs: $140 for members and $160 for non-members
3 hour afternoon programs: $50 for members and $60 for non-members
If your child is in a morning program, Conservation Camp or Wilderness Survival, please make sure he/she brings their lunch to camp. We also ask that you try and work with your child to pack a lunch that is as “trash-free” as possible!
[Scholarships] Camp scholarships are limited and need-based. The scholarship is for one program per child. You can download the 2018 Summer Scholarship application. You will be asked to turn in the following items:
- The completed scholarship application.
- A letter from your school district stating that you qualify for free or reduced lunches OR a copy of your tax return so that we can calculate your eligibility.
- Your completed summer program registration form.
- A drawing of what your child enjoys seeing/doing in nature OR a written paragraph by your child explaining why he/she would like to attend summer camp.
Please call 765-855-3188 for more information. If you are granted this scholarship, payment is required BEFORE the first day of camp.
