Family Maple Syrup Day! March 4th

10am-12pm, $8 Adult $5 Child; $5 Member/$4

Executive Director, Alison Zajdel, shows Family Maple Syrup Participants how pioneers made maple sugar

Travel back in time to discover how maple syrup was made by Native Americans and early settlers. Next, make your way to the sap house (constructed of reclaimed materials) for a lesson in maple syrup production in today’s world. All participants will finish the morning with a pancake lunch and get to use local maple syrup! Also you can check fun maple syrup facts about Indiana here! http://www.indianamaplesyrup.org/MapleFacts.pdf
